Each subscription opens on what matters: its status, the date of the next charge, every order with the offer and version it was billed under, and the payment method it is bound to, with its expiry date in plain sight. Rebills, retries and one-off charges sit side by side in one order history.

A subscriber is the customer behind one or more subscriptions, with all their subscriptions and saved payment methods in one record. New payment methods are added through the hosted payment page only. Deactivating a subscriber cancels all their subscriptions, after a clear warning.

Every action is available from the subscription itself, and none of them rewrites the offer.
Pause for a number of cycles
No rebill runs while paused, and billing resumes after the set number of cycles. Whether the commitment is extended follows the offer.
Move to another offer
Switch to an active offer of the same account and currency, at the next billing cycle. No proration is applied, and the subscription keeps its payment token.
Cancel with a reason
Immediate and definitive: the next billing date is cleared and the reason is recorded, from customer request to payment failure.
Add a one-off charge
Charge an extra amount on the same subscription. It joins the order history, outside the offer and its retries.
