One subscription offer. Every future charge.

Your merchants set the terms once. Every subscription follows them.

An offer holds everything a subscription is billed on: amount, billing rhythm, first payment, discounts and end rules. Your merchants create it in their console, and every charge reads from it.

Subscription offer with amount, billing rhythm, first payment and end rule feeding every future charge

Subscription offers,

written once.

A subscription has no terms of its own. It points to an offer, and at each billing date the platform reads that offer. Your merchants define the billing rules once, and you give them the tools to do it inside your payment platform, under your brand.
Offer
The offer is the contract.
At each billing date, the platform reads the offer a subscription points to, so one change to the offer reaches every subscriber on it. Two subscribers on the same offer are always billed the same way. Subscriptions are linked to the offer, not copied from it: nothing to keep in sync.
One subscription offer linked to several subscriptions, each billed from the same terms
Billing rhythm
Any billing rhythm.
Bill every N days, weeks, months or years, and pick the billing day: every 28 days, every 3 months, every year. When a month is shorter than the chosen day, the charge lands on its last day, so a charge set for the 31st runs on February 28 or 29, then on March 31.

First payment, your way.

The first payment is not always a full charge. Your merchants pick how each offer starts, then the delay before the first rebill.

Paid first payment at checkout followed by scheduled rebills
Zero-amount verification of the payment method before the first charge
Imported subscription with no first payment, billing from the next date
Paid first payment
The customer pays at checkout, then rebills follow on the schedule set by the offer.
Zero-amount verification
A zero amount verifies the payment method at checkout. The first charge comes later, after the delay set in the offer.
No first payment
For subscriptions brought from another system. Billing starts at the next date, with no charge at enrolment.

Discounts, pro rata, end rules.

The details that make a subscription offer commercial are part of the billing rules, not a workaround.

Discounted amount on the first rebills, then the full offer price
Pro rata charges for the first and final billing periods of a subscription
End rule with an end date and a maximum number of occurrences closing the subscription as Completed
Offer pause settings allowing pauses with or without extending the commitment
A discount on the first rebills
A lower amount for the first rebills, then the full price. The first payment keeps its own price.
Pro rata, at both ends
Charge the period between enrolment and the first billing date pro rata, and the final period too when an end date is set.
An end rule
An end date, a maximum number of occurrences, or both. Whichever comes first closes the subscription as Completed.
Pause, if you allow it
Each offer says whether its subscriptions can be paused, and whether a pause extends the commitment or not.

Every change,

versioned and reusable.

Offers evolve with your merchants' business. Each edit is versioned with its impact shown first, and an offer built once can be reused across every account a merchant runs on your platform.
Version history
Every change, versioned.
Editing an offer creates a new version, saved with its date. Before it is saved, your merchant sees how many subscriptions it reaches and confirms. The new version then applies to every one of them, while past orders keep the version they were billed under.

Duplicate
One offer, many accounts.
A merchant running several accounts duplicates an offer instead of rebuilding it. Pick the target account and the offer is copied with its rules. Only the currencies allowed on the target account can be selected.
