Who can use the connector?

Anyone with a login on a NORBr-powered platform, from platform teams to program managers and merchants. Each user asks Claude about their payment data in plain language, with no filter or report to build, and sees only what their role already covers.

Three typical audiences

• PSPs, ISVs and PayFacs running the platform compare providers, programs and merchants across their whole structure.
• Resellers and partners managing a portfolio monitor every merchant they onboarded, and nothing beyond it.
• The businesses you serve see their own account only, with the login they already use on your platform.

Access is enabled on request. When it is switched on for your platform, your NORBr contact shares the connector URL. Users add it as a custom connector in Claude.ai or Claude Desktop, sign in through your platform login with their existing credentials and grant access once. No API key or extra setup is needed.

A simple way to check the connection is to ask Claude which merchant accounts you can see. If your accounts come back, you are connected. From there, users can query transactions, orders, checkouts and financial operations, group results by method, provider, country or merchant, and ask Claude to explain trends.
