Who can access the Trust Center?

Short answer

Prospects evaluating NORBr, clients, partners and their auditors or compliance teams. Every access is opened by NORBr; there is no self-service sign-up.

In detail

The Trust Center is a private portal for the people who need NORBr's compliance evidence: prospects evaluating NORBr, clients, partners, and their auditors or compliance teams.

Every access is opened by NORBr. There is no self-service sign-up, which keeps the audience limited to people with a real need for the documents.

How each audience gets in

  • Prospects contact NORBr and receive a 7-day invitation.
  • Clients and partners ask their support team for an account on their work email, valid two years.
  • Auditors receive a personal 7-day invitation, scoped to the audit period.

Users sign in at trust.norbr.com with a magic link, so there is no password to manage.

What it contains

The portal gives PayFacs, PSPs, ISOs, ISVs and their auditors NORBr's PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance, ASV scan reports and security documents. Because the portal is private, every document is watermarked.

Why it exists

Your merchants, partners and schemes ask you for evidence about the infrastructure behind your platform. PCI DSS also asks you to monitor your third-party service providers. The Trust Center gives you NORBr's evidence in one place, current and ready to pass on, instead of collecting it through email chains.
