Where does support sit once my platform is live?

Short answer

Technical documentation for integrators sits on the developer portal. Book a demo to walk through the support model that backs your team.

In detail

Support works at two levels once your platform is live: the support you offer your merchants under your brand, and the support NORBr provides to your team behind it.

Your merchants deal only with you. They log into your interface, on your domain, and contact your team when they need help. NORBr stays invisible in that relationship.

What your team works with

  • Technical documentation for integrators, on the developer portal.
  • Payment Events, where every delivery is logged with its payload, response and attempts, and can be resent.
  • Logs that record platform actions in plain language, with the user behind each one.
  • Contract details, routing dependencies and readiness indicators across your programs.

Much of day-to-day support starts and ends in the Console. Your merchants can inspect a failed delivery and resend it themselves, without opening a ticket, and your team can trace an issue across the network with the permissions it holds.

For the support NORBr provides to your team, including how requests are handled and escalated, the best way to see the model is a demo. Our team walks you through it with your structure and your launch plans in view.
