How does pricing work?

Short answer

Our team walks you through pricing during a demo, with your volumes and your growth plans on the table. Book a demo to see the model applied to your platform.

In detail

NORBr pricing is not published as a rate card, because the right model depends on how your platform operates. During a demo, our team walks you through it with your volumes, your markets and your growth plans on the table, and shows how the model applies to your platform.

Two layers are worth separating. The first is the infrastructure cost you pay NORBr for the platform you run. The second is the price your merchants pay you for payments. That second layer is entirely yours to define, as part of the commercial relationship you hold with your merchants. NORBr never sells to your merchants and never sets their price.

What to prepare for the conversation

  • Your current or expected transaction volumes and how they are spread across markets.
  • The payment methods and channels your merchants need, online and in store.
  • Your structure: one brand, several brands, or resellers and sub-programs.
  • Your timeline and the providers you already work with.

The aim is a predictable infrastructure cost that leaves room for your own margin. As your merchants grow, the revenue you earn on their volume can grow with them, and the gap between that revenue and your infrastructure cost is yours to keep.
