How do I add a new brand or reseller to my platform?
A new brand or reseller is a configuration on the platform you already operate, not a new integration. It reuses the same core, providers and policies, takes its own domain, theme and roles, and can inherit the rules you apply across the portfolio. You scale the number of brands without scaling the maintenance behind them.
In detail
A new brand or reseller is a configuration on the platform you already operate, not a new integration.
The steps
- Create the program or the merchant accounts for the new brand in your structure.
- Apply its domain, theme and menus, so it reads as its own platform.
- Grant roles and TeamSpaces to its team.
- Decide what it can configure on its own through governance controls.
- Connect or reuse provider contracts, and run activation tests where needed.
What it reuses
The new brand reuses the same core, the same providers and the same policies. It can inherit the rules you apply across the portfolio, such as SCA, routing and fallback, so it starts from your standards rather than from a blank page. Its data, merchants and settings still stay within its own boundary.
What changes for you
You scale the number of brands without scaling the maintenance behind them. There is no separate deployment to keep up to date, no second set of integrations and no duplicated configuration to reconcile later.
The readiness indicators in the program list show what remains before the brand can go live, from domains to API keys and webhook endpoints. Production access then opens through the governance toggle held at your level.
