Do my merchants see the NORBr name?

Short answer

No. Answers are phrased in terms of your platform, your programs and your merchants. Users sign in through your platform login, see only the data their role covers, and NORBr stays invisible, as it does everywhere else in your white-label platform.

In detail

No. The connector follows the same white-label principle as the rest of your platform. Answers are phrased in terms of your platform, your programs and your merchants, and NORBr stays invisible.

Your merchants reach the connector through your platform. When they add it in Claude, they are redirected to your platform login and sign in with the credentials they already use. There is no NORBr account to create and no separate brand to deal with.

What your merchants experience

  • They ask questions about their own payment data in plain language.
  • They see only their own account, within the scope of their login.
  • Answers refer to the accounts, providers and payment methods they know from your interface.

The connector is read-only and scoped by role. A merchant cannot reach another merchant's data, and Claude can never move money or change settings. Each question is traced in the audit logs under the user who asked, so you keep the same visibility you have over activity in the Console.

For an operator, this means the connector reads as a capability of your platform. It extends the experience your merchants already have under your brand, and the infrastructure behind it stays out of sight, as it does in the console and on hosted payment pages.
