Can merchants receive reconciliation data in their own accounting format?
Yes. Finance teams need files that match their ERP or accounting import template, with their own column names and formats. In NORBr's Exports & Reports, merchants configure the view, schedule one-time or recurring exports, and receive them in the Console or on their own server by SFTP, under the operator's brand.

The finance team's constraint
Accounting systems import files with specific columns, names, date formats and encodings. A reconciliation export that does not match the template has to be reworked in a spreadsheet every time, which is where errors and delays come from. The useful export is the one that imports without editing.
Exports & Reports
- Merchants configure the view: columns, filters, grouping, currency presentation.
- They schedule one-time or recurring exports, daily, weekly or monthly.
- Files are delivered in the Console or pushed to the merchant's own server by SFTP.
- Everything carries the operator's brand, not NORBr's.
Why operators care
Reconciliation exports are a frequent support request and a frequent reason merchants ask for custom development. Letting merchants configure and schedule their own exports removes both. It also serves program managers and the operator's own finance team, who need the same data at their level: per merchant, per program, across the network. One export engine with scoped views covers all of them, with the same figures at every level.
