Can ISOs and agents run their own programs on my platform?
Yes. A downstream partner such as an ISO, an agent or a sub-program can run its own program under its own brand, domain and theme, with its own users and roles. Its data, merchants and settings stay isolated from the rest of your portfolio, while you keep oversight from the level above and decide what each program can configure on its own.
In detail
Yes. A downstream partner such as an ISO, an agent or a sub-program can run its own program on your platform, under its own brand, domain and theme, with its own users and roles.
What stays isolated
Its data, its merchants and its settings stay isolated from the rest of your portfolio. Activity in one program is sealed from the others, and access follows the same structure: each partner sees only the merchants it runs.
What you keep
You keep oversight from the level above. You see every program, compare them, and decide what each one can configure on its own through governance controls: payment partners, webhook templates, hosted pages, branding, interface options and menus. Production access stays a decision held at your level.
You can also apply policies across programs. Rules for SCA, routing or fallback can be set once and propagated to every program, or to a chosen few.
Why it works for growth
Adding a partner is a configuration on the platform you already operate, not a new integration. Each new program reuses the same core, providers and policies, so the number of partners can grow without the maintenance growing with it. Your partners get a platform that reads as theirs, and you keep the standards and visibility that your own obligations require.
