Truevo

Truevo is a card acquirer and payment gateway based in Malta and licensed in the European Union. It processes Visa and Mastercard transactions for online and in-app merchants across the European Economic Area.

For a PSP or PayFac, Truevo is an EU acquiring option for e-commerce and digital merchants, useful to diversify card volume across several acquirers or to place merchant profiles that fit its risk appetite. Adding it as a parallel route gives your platform more choice when an acquirer changes its policy or its approval rates on a segment.

From an operations point of view, Truevo transactions appear in the same Console views as your other providers, with statuses and refunds handled through one interface. Your team can review its results per merchant, country or card brand and adjust routing when performance changes.
