Klarna

Klarna is a buy now, pay later and payment provider used by shoppers in Europe, North America and other markets. Its options include paying later, paying in installments and paying immediately through the Klarna app.

For a PSP or PayFac, Klarna is one of the methods merchants ask for most in retail, fashion and electronics, where flexible payment options affect conversion and basket size. A platform-level connection lets you offer it to each merchant that needs it without separate integrations.

Your merchants do not need their own contract work or technical project to offer Klarna: the method is activated from your platform, and its transactions follow the same reporting, refund and reconciliation flows as cards. This keeps one operational process for every payment option you add.

Connected through NORBr, Klarna is one more payment option your platform can offer at checkout. You enable it per merchant, decide where it appears with routing rules, and reconcile its transactions with the rest of your volume in the Console.
