Floa

Payment method
Europe

Floa is a French buy now, pay later provider and a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Its installment offer lets shoppers split a purchase into several payments, with Floa carrying the credit decision and paying the merchant.

For a PSP or PayFac, Floa adds a split payment option for merchants selling higher-value goods, such as electronics, home equipment or travel, where installments influence the purchase decision. It is mainly relevant for operators with a merchant base in France and nearby European markets, and it lets you offer a bank-backed installment product without building a credit offer of your own.

Your merchants do not need their own contract work or technical project to offer Floa: the method is activated from your platform, and its transactions follow the same reporting, refund and reconciliation flows as cards. This keeps one operational process for every payment option you add.

Connected through NORBr, Floa is one more payment option your platform can offer at checkout. You enable it per merchant, decide where it appears with routing rules, and reconcile its transactions with the rest of your volume in the Console.
