Finby, formerly TrustPay, is a European payment institution offering card acquiring, bank transfers and local payment methods. It is based in Central Europe and serves online merchants across the European Union.

For a PSP or PayFac, Finby is an EU acquiring route that also covers bank payments popular in Central Europe. It suits operators whose merchants sell online across Europe and want cards and local bank methods from one provider.

From an operations point of view, Finby transactions appear in the same Console views as your other providers, with statuses and refunds handled through one interface. Your team can review its results per merchant, country or card brand and adjust routing when performance changes.
