dLocal is a cross-border payment provider focused on emerging markets. It offers local pay-ins, such as cards, bank transfers, cash and wallets, along with payouts, in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

For a PSP or PayFac, dLocal is a route for merchants that sell into emerging markets and need local methods like Pix, Boleto, OXXO or SPEI. It lets these merchants accept local payments and pay out locally without local entities in each country.

From an operations point of view, dLocal transactions appear in the same Console views as your other providers, with statuses and refunds handled through one interface. Your team can review its results per merchant, country or card brand and adjust routing when performance changes.
